Hagzi Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the Hagzi platform and its users. In this document, "Hagzi," "we," and "platform" refer to the Hagzi website, mobile app, and all associated services. "You," "user," and "member" refer to any individual registered on or using the Hagzi platform.

Hagzi is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. Use of our services may be subject to legal restrictions in certain countries. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of the laws applicable in their own country.

Hagzi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Register

To create an account on Hagzi, you must provide accurate and complete information. If an account is found to have been registered with false or incomplete details, Hagzi reserves the right to close that account and forfeit any funds held in it at any time.

Account registration requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• Each individual may register only one account
• Only one account is permitted per mobile number or email address
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person
• The payment method linked to your account must belong to you

3 Age Verification & KYC

All Hagzi members are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process. This is part of our security and regulatory compliance requirements. Withdrawal access may be limited until KYC is completed.

Documents required for KYC:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Selfie or live verification (if required)

4 Deposits & Payments

Hagzi accepts deposits via mobile banking, e-wallets, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in BDT.

The payment method used for deposits must be your own. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension if detected.

5 Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed on Hagzi. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 300
• Mobile Banking: Maximum BDT 50,000 per day
• E-Wallet: daily maximum BDT 100,000
• Bank Transfer & Crypto: No limit
• No withdrawal fees from Hagzi

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Hagzi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that you should read carefully before claiming.

General bonus rules:

• The welcome bonus is automatically credited after your first deposit
• A turnover requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 1x–3x)
• The same bonus may not be claimed more than once on a single account
• Bonuses will be forfeited if the claim period expires
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance
• Hagzi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

7 Gaming Rules

All games on Hagzi are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every outcome is entirely random and cannot be predicted in advance.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, your bet will be settled automatically
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Hagzi will refund the bet
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet is voided and the funds are returned
• Hagzi's decision is final in any dispute regarding match results
• Bets placed before odds change in live betting will be accepted

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hagzi. If any of these are detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds will be forfeited:

• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Bonus Abuse by creating multiple accounts
• Match fixing or colluding with other players
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using another user's identity or payment method

9 Responsible Gaming

Hagzi believes gaming should be a source of fun, not stress. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

• You can set your own daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits
• You can temporarily disable your account for a set period through self-exclusion
• Account registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18

10 Privacy

Hagzi handles the collection, storage, and use of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. We never sell your data to third parties.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Hagzi reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Consequences of violating these Terms & Conditions
• If fraud or deception is suspected
• If false information is found during KYC verification
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• By order of the regulatory authority

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw your available balance before the account is closed.

12 Changes & Final Words

Hagzi may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
